Consulting and mentoring in supervision for nonprofit programs, early childhood organizations, and the dedicated professionals who serve families.
Start a ConversationI’m a nonprofit consultant, educator, and organizational practitioner with 15+ years of experience in human services and community-based organizations, supporting the professionals doing the work and the systems designed to hold them.
My work is grounded in a simple belief: when organizations truly invest in their people, their managers, their frontline staff, and their culture, they deliver better outcomes for the communities they serve. Strong teams build strong programs.
I’ve supported nonprofits and early childhood organizations across multiple counties in California through program growth, compliance challenges, leadership transitions, and team development. I bring both frontline experience and strategic leadership to every engagement.
I hold a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, which grounds my consulting work in the science of people, organizations, and behavior at work. That academic foundation, paired with years of direct service and leadership in the field, is what allows me to sit at the intersection of heart and strategy. I am passionate about this work because I have seen firsthand what happens when the people doing the hardest jobs feel unseen and unsupported, and I have also seen what becomes possible when they feel held, valued, and equipped to lead.
Whether you are a nonprofit navigating growth, an early childhood system building capacity, or an organization working through complex challenges, I will meet you where you are.
Individual and group consultation for supervisors and practitioners navigating the emotional and relational complexity of mission-driven work. I focus on building psychological safety, preventing burnout before it becomes a crisis, and strengthening the capacity of leaders to hold space for their teams while remaining grounded themselves. Consultation is tailored to the specific context, culture, and challenges of your organization, with a genuine commitment to inclusive and equity-centered practice throughout.
